Some travel insurance plans include supplier financial default as a covered reason for trip cancellation and trip interruption. This means a covered supplier — such as a tour operator, airline, or cruise line — ceases all operations due to its financial condition, with or without filing for bankruptcy.
To be eligible for financial default coverage, you must meet the conditions that are listed in your plan documents and the travel supplier must be on our current list of airlines, cruise lines and tour operators considered "Covered Suppliers." This is the complete list as of today and is subject to change at any time. However, such changes do not affect any coverage already in force. This list is not intended nor should be viewed as a judgment of any travel supplier.
All other terms and conditions apply; check your plan documents for details.
